Designing a new recruiting brand to communicate experience and engagement.
The Recruiter’s Coach Branding and Website Design
The Recruiter’s Coach, as you might imagine, is a business coach specifically geared towards the needs of recruiters. They provide a vast amount of business experience and real-world insights to help recruiters build a better business. As they were changing the focus of their existing business model, they realized a greater need to specialize and transform into a new name, a new image, and a new chance to continue growing their business.
Our goal was to build their new brand by pinpointing who they are and determining how to communicate the immense value they bring to their clients. We crafted brand attributes that resonated with who they are and how they operate, worked out tone and voice, developed branded statements that resonate with their particular market space, and designed a logo that is uniquely theirs.
To work out the visual design portion of their brand identity, we used stylescapes, a design tool similar to a mood board, but has far potential because of the design strategy and direction it provides. Stylescapes are significantly better at communicating important relationships between the logo, typography, color palettes, photography, patterns, and even potential layouts.
