The Recruiter’s Coach, as you might imagine, is a business coach specifically geared towards the needs of recruiters. They provide a vast amount of business experience and real-world insights to help recruiters build a better business.
As they were changing the focus of their existing business model, they realized a greater need to specialize and transform into a new name, a new image, and a new chance to continue growing their business.
Our goal was to build their new brand by pinpointing who they are and determining how to communicate the immense value they bring to their clients. One significant challenge we faced was to learn the Kajabi website platform in order to design and build monetized products and content as a means for additional value added audience engagement.

The effects that our user-centered design and strategy had on their business.
We crafted brand attributes that resonated with who they are and how they operate, worked out tone and voice, developed branded statements that resonate with their particular market space, and designed a logo that is uniquely theirs
To work out the visual design portion of their brand identity, we used stylescapes, a design tool similar to a mood board, but provides a far greater potential regarding design strategy and direction. Stylescapes are significantly better at communicating important relationships between the logo, typography, color palettes, photography, patterns, and even potential layouts.
Ultimately, the effect all of our work produced a tremendously positive image of the company, and created a sense of excitement for both new and existing clients. Engagement is up, work-product is up, and even the work they produce has gained in quality.
