SaaS Sales Talent is a highly specialized recruiting agency with expertise in Software as a Service (SAAS), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT).
Their focus, process, and thoroughness in searching for and identifying quality candidates is what sets them apart from other search agencies.
With an already existing company, they decided on a rebrand with a new name. They needed a brand strategy and identity echoing their niche market space, they’re unique offering, and better resonate with their audience.
The Challenge
The challenge we faced was to understand who they are, how they operate, then begin working out a manageable brand strategy. Because they are extremely focused in their space, we were challenged to design the brand identity to help them stand out from competitors, look and feel like they provide meaningful value to they clients, and connect with their audience.
Brand Strategy and Identity
Starting with a new name and an entirely new look and feel using startup-centric photography, the brand is infused with visually intriguing imagery that communicates a living, breathing understanding of SaaS startups, VC, and PE environments.
This expressive, dynamic brand identity is a flexible tool to help communicate their value proposition and the immense value they provide.
After finishing the brand strategy, logo design, and designing the website, we combined all that effort into an easy-to-use brand and identity guide to help them continue building their brand. They’ll be able to stay focused on key drivers and use consistent language across touchpoints as this brand grows.

We started with company interviews for the brand strategy and discovery to find out who they are, understand what they offer, and get to know their audience. Once the strategy was developed, we began working out logo designs that spoke to who they are and complimented their brand essence.
To initiate their new identity and communicate their passion for delivering the best people, we crafted an identity around the theme of “the startup environment.” The new brand is infused with energy, expertise, and depth of field photography that further illustrates their personality and comprehension of what startup environments are like.
The rebranding effort went far beyond simply changing their name, logo, and updating their website. We helped them emotionally connect with their audience and have more meaningful engagements.
Recently, we heard that SaaS Sales Talent was speaking to a CEO of a larger startup, and mentioned they were very impressed with the look and feel of the new website.
