J.P. Morgan Asset Management Global Redesign
The challenge J.P. Morgan Asset Management faced was monumental: they had countless web properties being managed by different teams, all on different platforms and located on disparet servers throughout the organization, causing the web platform to become impossible to upgrade and allowing the branding to become diffuse.
Additionally, their primary website had become visually outdated and was built in such a manner that didn’t allow for us to easily upgrade.
The solution was to use start fresh: update the brand messaging, the visuals, the customer interaction, implement content strategy, fully upgrade the web platform… essentially everything started from scratch.
The result though, was that the J.P. Morgan Asset Management global website turned in to be a fantastically collaborative effort for user experience, design, content strategy, branding, and implementation teams throughout the organization. It could be simply summed up in the graphic below.
